Wildlife photography books donated to The Born Free Foundation

David Lloyd with Virginia McKenna OBE

It was a complete pleasure to have caught up with Virgina McKenna OBE at her home in London this month.

The Born Free Foundation

Virginia is the co-founder of The Born Free Foundation, which is committed to preventing animal suffering and protecting threatened species in their natural habitats.

Both my wildlife photography books feature a foreword by Virginia, and it was an honour to visit her and to catch up.

Wildlife photography books donated for auction

During the visit to Virginia’s home I donated 20 signed copies of my latest book 'All Eyes Speak One Language', and several deluxe versions of the book as well.

The books will be auctioned by The Born Free Foundation later this year, and the funds raised will support its important work.

Championing wildlife conservation

The Born Free Foundation is at the forefront of efforts to prevent animal suffering and safeguard threatened species in their natural habitats.

With a mission deeply rooted in compassion and advocacy, thanks to the work of Virginia and her team over many decades, it has made significant progress in raising awareness and implementing tangible solutions to protect wildlife worldwide.

My collaborations with Virgina are rooted in a shared commitment to conservation and the belief that photography has the power to inspire positive change and help protect wild animals in their natural habitats around the world.
